Soy: Soymilk, defatted soyflour, soya chunks, soya nuggets are the different forms in which soy proteins can be consumed. 20 grams of soya protein consumed everyday is particularly beneficial in controlling high blood pressure, lowering triglycerides, high cholesterol.
